So if youre not able to realize when you are in a state of self-awareness, how can you be in a state of self-awareness? The answer is simple: you cant. When you are in a state of self-awareness, then you are aware of your habits, routines, impulses, and reactions. When you are in a state of self-awareness, you are also aware that you are in a state of self-awareness.
The problem is if you are unaware of your self-awareness, then you are not in a state of self-awareness. When you are not self-aware, you are not aware of yourself.
