A new employee is a pleasant surprise to anyone in the office. Although you may have been known to say something to your boss every two weeks, it’s actually difficult to know how to tell whether your boss is just being polite or if he’s actually your real boss. At first, this seems like a lot of responsibility. But then you realize that this is just another form of authority. This is a slippery slope, because in the end you’re the boss, and that means you get to decide how you want to treat people, and you get to decide who gets to do what.
